Going to The Shelter was almost worth the hangover...almost. Heard it was an off night, usually there's more people. Must've been post-Dark Arts blahs or maybe cuz NIN played the night before.
Highlights: Doug at the bar, Woody on a leash, Steph's liplock with a cute boy, soap in the bathroom (sad..yes, I know), room on the dancefloor, and uhhmmm... pillows (had a place to stash my purse)
Lowlights: Too drunk to dance well, music was so-so (there's no comparison to Tina or Timmy), forcing Steph from her liplock to give us a ride home, time warp, and the dreaded hangover - to which I'm still recovering!

I am looking forward to going to the Tiki bar. Will need to avoid Loren as he may spit in my drink! Dang! I've violated the Good Drunk's Golden Rule - Don't piss off the bartender...thought it was a good idea at the time! No wait...it was FUCKING the bartender that seemed like a good idea at the time. Either way, no tiki, tiki, tiki for me for a little while - or until tonight if my friends go...safety in numbers!

Well, I wasn't there during the smackdown at the Tiki Bar, but will get details tonight at The Shelter.

Just a thought: I currently know (some biblically, others only wish!) 11 bald boys...a few more and I'll have a platoon! Maybe someday, I'll have a whole regiment... a girl can dream....

This morning, I saw a seemingly homeless guy carrying a cardboard sign that said "Hilary is Castro" Whatever happened to "Will Work for Food"? Homeless people these days...
